She most currently served as the Director of Nursing at Four Corners  Health Care from 2008-2013. In 2013, the opportunity to become the administrator presented itself and she decided to obtain her  Nursing Home Administrator license and transition into the role of administrator at the facility.  Michelle is a leader in culture change at Four Corners Health and is always seeking new ways to create a home-like environment for our Residents.

 Kerby Jo Rogers, Admissions Director

After volunteering here with the Abuelo’s  program in high school she jumped at the chance to come back when a position was advertised.  Kerby Jo began her career with Four Corners Health Care Center in 2010 as the receptionist and later the Customer Service Director.   In 2013, the Admissions Director position became available and Kerby Jo, continuing her  pursuit of internal growth, was offered and accepted the position.  She now spends more time in the community, meeting with  families and possible new residents, communicating with our partners in the medical field and acting as a liason between the facility  and other entities.  She thrives on the day to day contact with our residents, their families and the medical professionals she  encounters.  Kerby Jo truly enjoys her job and seeing our residents enjoy happy and fulfilling lives.
